Spirit, we connect to our Creator, God in prayer (if you choose) & creativity. Soul, we bring peace & healing to the emotions & nervous system. Body, we gently detoxify & replenish with what your body needs at that time.

Absolutely!!! We are ALL in need of detoxing / cleansing of our bodies, there are so many toxins we're exposed to regularly that accumulate & cause health troubles & dis-ease, thankfully we can do something about it. This is a foundational journey to get you from wherever you are today onto the trajectory of a healthier lifestyle & propel you into the wellness you & your body deserve to thrive in.
