Hi, I’m Meaghan McCarthy holistic wellness coach and founder of Rapha Vine Vitality.

My passion for holistic health didn’t start from a textbook… it started from personal experience.

I began my journey of healing my acne prone skin and food sensitivities by detoxing my liver 13 years ago. I specialize in guiding members through gentle detox & determine where their body needs to start by uncovering imbalances through Bioenergetics testing technology and supporting what the body needs with herbal support / nutrition / creative meditation / emotional & nervous system regulation by constructing a clear step-by-step plan that supports real, sustainable root-cause healing.

Seeing a need for so many whose body is holding toxic burdens & find themselves with food sensitivities, fatigue, anxiety, belly issues, hormone imbalance, brain fog, weight-loss struggles, skin issues, etc. and keep getting the same generic answers: “Everything looks normal.” Trying the quick fixes, supplements, diets, and protocols but nothing addresses the root of what is happening in their body.

That frustration caused me to dive deeper into, holistic wellness, and bioenergetic testing-based support.

Now, I get to help people who feel dis-connected, stuck, overwhelmed &/or dismissed to finally get clarity through a deeper approach, one that focuses on unburdening their body, leading to the why behind their symptoms, not just managing them.

My mission is simple:
Guide you through detox so you can have energy, peace, balance, clarity, etc. We'll identify what’s actually holding you back, and build a path forward that feels empowering, not confusing.
