Having spent 3 years in ministry school growing in her relationship with Jesus, she longs to bring closeness to The Lord for those who have found they've dis-connected from Him as well as themselves.

With practical & creative methods to cleanse the body, support the nervous system, release emotions, and establish new & healthy habits, Meaghan guides her members to a safe space to call "home" within their body while simultaneously restoring / deepening their relationship with God.

Is this only for Christians?

No! However, I am a Holy Spirit filled believer & work closely with His leadings to teach & guide my members through a journey of greater wellness - spirit, soul & body.

What does "Wellness - spirit, soul & body" mean?

In wholeness, we are all created - spirit, soul & body. Each part of us longs for greater health & deserves love and attention. Spirit, we connect to our Creator, God in prayer & creativity. Soul, we bring peace & healing to the emotions & nervous system. Body, we gently detoxify & replenish with what your body needs at that time.

I've never done a detox before, is this for me?

Absolutely! This is a foundational journey to get you from wherever you are today onto the trajectory of a healthier lifestyle & propel you into the wellness you & your body deserve to thrive in.

I believe in God but I don't really go to church or pray often, will you work with me?

Yep, sure will! We bring prayer to every meeting and invite Holy Spirit to hang out with us throughout our time together. We'll encourage you to pray along with us as an opportunity to use your own words for this journey you're on. It's not required but greatly desired!
